Wendy Pham is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s business practice group. She advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, corporate restructuring, licensing, contracting drafting and negotiation. Her practice includes representing business owners and entertainment clients across a variety of industries.
Among her clients, Wendy is known for her ability to problem-solve and craft creative strategies tailored to her clients’ business objectives. She works closely with her clients to navigate evolving licensing and regulatory requirements to keep their business compliant.
While in law school, Wendy was one of ten students selected to the Business Law Fellowship Program and served as an editor on the International and Comparative Law Review.
