Kirstin Ericson Ellis is Senior Associate in the firm’s Employment Team. Ms. Ellis represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling, with a focus on defending complex wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful-termination matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. She has also successfully represented clients before the California Court of Appeals, including prevailing in a published decision addressing the enforceability of arbitration agreement waivers following Viking River Cruises.
Ms. Ellis earned her B.A. from Columbia University and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review and received the Otto Kaus Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship.
