In addition to providing day-to-day employment counseling, Daniella J. Lee has substantial experience defending employers in litigation and arbitration. Her practice includes the defense of PAGA and Class Action claims, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims in both state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration proceedings. She has represented employers through all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and risk assessment through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
